  • There are two potential causes of freezing/buffering.

    1. Client-side – The quality of IPTV service depends on your internet connection, wifi speed, and a streaming device. To minimize the impact of any potential issues with the wifi connection between your device and the internet router/modem, connect your device directly to the router with an ethernet cable and restart your device. Your device may not have enough memory (RAM) and/or CPU to handle the streaming service. It is advisable to get a fairly recent device to take full advantage of the high-quality streaming service.

    2. Server-Side – We strive to be the IPTV leader in reliability and quality. However, we may occasionally experience technical issues with our host that cause certain channels to go down or blocking/buffering issues. Please be patient and resist the urge to email us immediately as we are monitoring the server and are aware of any issues that arise. If the problem persists, do not hesitate to contact us.

  • The quick answer is NO. Let us explain, our services are for a single device AT THE SAME TIME. So if you have multiple TVs but not watching TV on all of them at the same time, then yes, 1 connection is sufficient. But if you plan to use the service SIMULTANEOUSLY on multiple devices, you must select the number of devices at checkout, and each device will receive its own ID.
  • You can watch TV channels without a satellite dish via the internet using the following devices and applications: – Smart TV: Samsung, LG – Android TV – Tablet, SmartPhone: IOS AND Android – Computer: VLC PLAYER, KODI, Media Player Classic – Box MAG: 250/254/260/… – m3u file: on any other device or application that supports m3u files.
  • We work hard at providing you with your credentials as quickly as possible. Usually, it gets done within 15-45 minutes after payment is received during operating hours 9:00EST & 22:00EST.
  • We provide technical support and process orders between 9:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. EST. Orders placed on the website after 10:00 p.m. EST will be processed the next day. For technical support, please send the request with your order number and MAC address through the contact page.
  • All prices listed on our website are in Canadian dollars (CAD).
  • We do not refund. We recommend that you first get the free account limited to 24 hours to check the quality of service before purchasing a monthly subscription. If a dispute is created by the customer, the account will be suspended indefinitely. We recommend that you contact us first with any issues you may have.
